Please exit the program and try again, if the game still keep asking you or you already have pressed confirm and your progress has been lost, please contact customer service for help.

Error Message when creating character
Currently players are only allowed to create new characters on HMS Hood server. Trying to create new character on any other server will only result in an error messsage.
