Register

  • Step 5. Grab a paper/open notepad, write down your UID and your username, if you can't remember what server you are playing, write that down as well.
  • Caution: If you have a existing character but the game ask you to choose a new ship when you enter the game, DO NOT PRESS CONFIRM, otherwise it might reset your progress. Please exit the program and try again, if the game still keep asking you or you already have pressed confirm and your progress has been lost, please contact customer service for help.

Way to pay

For ML servers: Well, it is not a good idea to purchase.

For TC servers: Top up is not available yet.

When you contact customer service, you should have your UID and servers in your mail.

English is fine to use if you can't understand Chinese.

Username can only include characters and digits

Username has already been taken

(If you type more than 20 characters for your username, you would get this error as well)

Passwords do not match!

Incorrect email format!

(This is a bug: It is about phone number, however it is actually asking for a valid email)

Troubleshooting

Error Message when creating character

Currently players are only allowed to create new characters on HMS Hood server. Trying to create new character on any other server will only result in an error messsage.
